This is just a place for me to write down my ramblings and reblog things I like. I reside in Littleton, Colorado.
I'm interested in the Columbine Massacre for obvious and not so obvious reasons. That being said, I don't condone what happened. I spend many days thinking about those who passed.
The question is, why did two white teenagers from affluent neighborhoods carry out such an orchestrated and blatant attack on society? Why does this keep happening?
I think it's time we stop ignoring these events when they happen and examine them closer. I also don't think judging people who relate to murderers is beneficial. Why do so many people relate to them? Why do so many people feel so lost and like outcasts?
How did two teenage boys who both expressed love and loneliness and the urge to fit in decide to kill? Why does the FBI incorrectly classify them as sociopaths?
